Simply Healed is a modality that is gentle, non-invasive emotional healing method that works directly with your subconscious mind to clear negative emotions created from stressful events, past hurts and traumas, limiting false beliefs, low self worth, depression, trouble losing weight or anything else that is affecting your life in a negative way. The dictionary defines the subconscious mind as that which is responsible for one's thoughts and feelings. If you read any self help, motivational book it will tell you that your thoughts create your emotions, which create your actions, which create the results you are getting in your life. So if ones thoughts and feelings are really what create the results they get in life, then it is easy to see how literally your subconscious mind either your greatest asset or your greatest liability. Many if not all mankind has limiting attitudes and beliefs they have inherited from past generations or picked up from stressful childhood or lifetime experiences. Those attitudes and beliefs affect how they make decisions and live their lives from moment to moment. It is easy to see that when you shift the negative thoughts and emotions in your subconscious mind and then replace them with positive thoughts and emotions how that will begin to change your actions, which, over time, will create different results in their life. The kicker is many times we aren't even aware that the reason an area of our lives isn't working is directly related to a past event, or generational pattern. We just know that no matter how hard we try nothing changes and many times only gets worse. Its like trying to clean up an oil spill in the ocean and only focusing on the oil on the surface. You truly won't make any progress till you dive down and figure out where the oil is coming from and then stop it from leaking. Once the source of the oil, which I will compare with a negative thought or emotion is discovered, cleared out, and then replaced with a positive one can lasting change happen. This does not mean that you have to remember or especially relive that past event for it to work. The emotion just needs to be identified so the program it plays can be deleted and rewritten.
