Transformation Body and Energy Work

Life is just plain stressful and add to that sore tight muscles from yard work,  playing to hard, or exercising and you have a great reason to give yourself or loved one the gift of a massage. Massage also provided other health benefits such as strengthening your immune system, increasing the amount of blood and nutrients that go to your muscles and organs, increasing serotonin and dopamine to help with mood.

- You will receive a full 60 or 90 minute massage, unlike the standard 50 or 70 min you get at a spa. 

- If you are like me and love aromatherapy I am happy to indulge you at no extra cost. 

- Because I am my own boss and work out of my own home I am able to pass the savings onto you by offering very reasonable pricing ($40 per hour).  

 - I also offer wellness packages that give you even added value for your dollar when you purchase 3 or 6 massages at a time.  (Click on Wellness Packages on the menu bar above .)

- If you are experiencing any kind pain or extreme tightness I also offer Rezzimax Therapy. Because this is so new, to my knowledge no other massage therapist offers this great service.  To learn more  click on Rezzimax on the menu bar above. (This service is of great benefit when received alone and is the same price as a 30 min massage. But when combined with a massage, because your muscles have already started to relax you will get even better results than just a massage alone. However,  I suggest booking a 90 min massage.)

We also store a lot of emotions in our organs and tissues which if left untreated can lead to health issues.  Energy work is a great way to get in touch with what trapped emotions are causing your body stress and discomfort. To book an appointment you can call 801-628-4880 or you can book your appointment online by clicking on the BOOK NOW button at the top left hand of the screen.  Just click on the time and day you would like your appointment, then a box will pop up to add your name, phone # and e-mail. Hit continue to make sure everything is correct and then click on CONFIRM YOUR APPT. It is that easy.  If you prefer to pay by credit card you can also do that by clicking on the service that you want on the side of the screen.  Currently, I am only able to take credit cards through this site.
